A number of fanatic Israeli settlers attacked, on Wednesday evening, several Palestinian cars driving on the main Jenin-Tulkarem road, southwest of Jenin, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank. Soldiers invaded Ya’bad, near Jenin; many Palestinians were injured.
Local sources in Jenin said several settlers of the Mabo Dontan illegitimate Israeli settlement, threw stones and empty bottles at Palestinian cars, and gathered in the middle of the street to block traffic. The attacks led to damages but no injuries.
Later on, Israeli soldiers installed roadblocks east of west of Ya’bad, stopped and searched dozens of Palestinian cars, and failed to remove or apprehend the extremist settlers.
Also on Wednesday evening, Samer Abu Bakr, head of the Ya’bad Town Council, said several armored Israeli military jeeps invaded Ya’bad, and fired rounds of live ammunition, gas bombs, concussion grenades and rubber-coated metal bullets, during clashes between the invading soldiers and local youth.
Medical sources said that dozens of residents received treatment for the effects of tear gas inhalation.

A horde of Israeli extremist settlers, escorted by a gang of fanatic Jewish rabbis and Israeli occupation police, stormed on Wednesday morning Muslim’s holy al-Aqsa Mosque, via al-Maghareba gate. At least 40 settlers broke into the holy mosque since early morning hours and launched a round of desecration tours in its yards, the local SAFA News Agency quoted Mahmoud Abu al-Ata, media director at al-Aqsa Foundation for Endowment and Heritage, as reporting.
The mass break-in has been deliberately staged under the religious pretext at a time when hundreds of Muslim peaceful worshippers were gathering in the mosque.
According to Abu al-Ata the settler break-ins are expected to be stepped up within the next few hours amid mounting calls launched by the so-called temple organizations to escalate vandalism against holy al-Aqsa Mosque, allegedly on the occasion of the “fourth anniversary of a Jewish fanatic’s death”.
The Israeli occupation police stationing around al-Aqsa gates have come down heavily on the peaceful Muslim congregation and took their IDs.
At least 30 members of the so-called Israeli rapid intervention forces have been cordoning off al-Aqsa yards.
The break-ins uncover Israel’s malevolent schemes to entrench a Jewish presence around holy al-Aqsa Mosque and wipe out its typically Islamic character.
Abu al-Ata dubbed the break-ins “trial balloons” to test out Muslims’ reactions and set the stage for a projected round of sacrilegious attacks.
More sit-ins are to be staged at holy al-Aqsa Mosque by the Palestinian worshippers, who have been on the alert to such Israeli schemes, he further vowed, warning of Israel’s attempts to enforce a spatio-temporal division on holy al-Aqsa.

Hundreds of Jewish settlers broke at dawn Wednesday into Yusuf tomb in the northern West Bank city of Nablus under heavy security protection. Local sources revealed that Israeli occupation forces (IOF) tightened military restrictions in the eastern neighborhoods of the city and the neighboring refugee camp of Balata in order to provide protection for the busses carrying hundreds of settlers.
The settlers performed Talmudic rituals till the morning hours, which led to the outbreak of violent clashes between local residents and the invading soldiers, the sources added.
IOF soldiers fired during the clashes tear gas bombs and rubber bullets towards Palestinian youths who in their turn responded by throwing stones. Injuries were reported among the Palestinian citizens.
In another incident, Israeli settlers from Revava settlement built on Palestinian lands of Deir Estia in Salfit bulldozed agricultural lands near the city as a prelude to expand the settlement.
The PIC reporter quoted the researcher in settlements’ affairs Khaled Maali as saying that the agricultural lands that have been bulldozed were confiscated by Israeli forces under security pretexts.
The IOF confiscated 100 dunums of agricultural lands belonging to Hares town, he pointed out.
Maali said that Israeli bulldozing operations have notably escalated in Salfit city environs in order to expand the surrounding settlements.

A number of extremist Israeli settlers bulldozed agricultural, and grazing, lands belonging to residents from Deir Estia and Hares villages, north of the Central West Bank city of Salfit.
The settlers came from the Revava illegal Israeli settlement, built on Palestinian lands in the district.
The attack is part of Israel’s efforts to expand the illegal settlements on the expense of Palestinian lands belonging to residents of Deir Estia and Hares.
Khaled Ma’ali, a researcher specialized in settlement affairs, said the uprooted agricultural and herding lands have recently been illegally confiscated from the Palestinians by an Israeli military order, under different “justifications”.
He said Israel has already confiscated around 100 Dunams (24.7 Acres) of Palestinian lands in the eastern areas of Hares town.
Ma’ali added that Israel has been bulldozing Palestinian lands in various areas in the Salfit District in order to expand its illegitimate settlements, an issue that increased the suffering of the residents, and deprived them of their livelihoods.

The Yesha Council of Settlements has reported that the number of Jewish settlers living in the occupied West Bank, including in and around occupied Jerusalem, has reached 382031, adding that 7500 Israelis have moved into West Bank and Jerusalem settlements in the last six months.
Yesha said that, back in January of 2014, 374469 settlers lived in the West Bank and Jerusalem, and that the current number of settlers (382031) is a 2% increase.
It said that the biggest settlement is Beitar Illit settlement, located southwest of occupied Jerusalem, with a population of 63087 Jewish settlers.
There are more than 200.000 Israeli settlers living in various settlements in occupied East Jerusalem.
Settlements are illegal under International Law and the Fourth Geneva Convention, to which Israel is a signatory. They are largely built on privately-owned Palestinian lands, and many on what Israel calls “State Lands” which, by itself, is illegal as the West Bank and Jerusalem are under illegitimate Israeli occupation.
Israel’s settlements and its Annexation Wall continue to cause Palestinians to lose more of their lands and orchards, while vast areas of lands and orchards are now completely isolated behind the Wall.
On July 9, 2004, the International Court at The Hague issued an advisory ruling stating that the Wall Israel is building in the occupied territories is illegal and must be dismantled. The court also ruled that Palestinians affected by the construction of this Wall must be compensated. Israeli ignored the ruling.
On July 21, 2004, the UN General Assembly voted today to support the July 9 ruling by the International Court.
Israel claims that the wall meant to protect it from attackers, especially suicide bombers, but facts on the ground show that the illegal Wall is built deep inside the occupied territories, separating Palestinian villages from their surroundings and even separating the villagers from their lands.
The Wall is also built far away from the Green Line that separates ‘Israel’ from the West Bank, and is designed to enable further construction and expansion of Jewish-only settlements in occupied Palestine.

A number of Israeli military vehicles invaded on Tuesday evening, Teqoua’ town, east of the West Bank city of Bethlehem, and clashed with a number of local youth. A settler’s car rammed a herd of sheep, killing eight, near Hebron.
Local sources said that soldiers fired dozens of rubber-coated metal bullets and gas bombs, causing several residents to suffer the effects of tear has inhalation.
On Monday, the army closed all roads leading to Teqoua’, an issue that pushed Palestinians to take alternate bypass roads, rough and unpaved, to enter or leave their town.
In related news, eyewitnesses said eight sheep belonging to a local shepherd were killed after being struck by a speeding settler’s vehicle, close to the Susiya illegal settlement, built on Palestinian lands belonging to residents of Yatta town, south of Hebron, in the southern part of the occupied West Bank.
Coordinator of the Popular Committee against the Wall and Settlements in southern Hebron, Rateb Jabour, said the settler rammed 14 sheep belonging to residents Taleb and Ibrahim Mohammad No’man, killing eight sheep.
Also on Tuesday evening, Israeli sources said a settler was mildly injured, when his car’s windshield was damage, after a number of youth threw stones at his car, as he was driving in Beit Hanina town, in occupied Jerusalem.
Earlier Tuesday, soldiers kidnapped three Palestinians from the Bethlehem district while they were heading to work in occupied Jerusalem.

On September 14th, two Israeli settlers attacked a Palestinian shepherd and two international near the Israeli outpost of Mitzpe Yair, in the South Hebron Hills area. During the aggression, the settlers stole video cameras from the internationals and broke one of their phones.
15th September | Operation Dove | At Tuwani
Israeli police detained the Palestinian shepherd and one of the internationals for six hours. There were no consequences for the settlers.
At about 9:00 a.m. four Palestinian shepherds from the South Hebron Hills village of Qawawis were grazing their flocks accompanied by two internationals, on Palestinian owned land nearby the Israeli outpost. Two settlers from Mitzpe Yair crossed a closed area (where the access is forbidden to everyone else) in order to attack one Palestinian shepherd, starting to chase away his flock. The two internationals present taped the scene.
Afterwards the settlers assaulted the internationals: at first they grabbed one by the neck and knocked him down, they snatched his camera and broke his phone; subsequently the settlers attacked the other one twisting her arm and also seizing her camera. The settlers ran back to the outpost holding the stolen cameras, and the Palestinian and the internationals went to Qawawis village.
The Israeli police came to the Palestinian village and asked the shepherd and internationals to follow them to the Israeli Police station in Kiryat Arba settlement, due to one settler claiming that they threw stones at him. The Police officers detained both of them for six hours and questioned them about the incident. Israeli police released them at 5:00 p.m. without consequences.
The South Hebron hills area has suffered from the presence of Israeli settlers’ since the 70′s. Eight Israeli settlements and outposts (among which Mitzpe Yair is one) almost completely isolate 16 Palestinian villages from the rest of West Bank. The settlers’ violence includes overt violent attacks on Palestinians and their animals, damages to private properties, and limitations to freedom of movement with many consequences on their daily life.
Since the beginning of 2014, Operation Dove registered the arrests of 15 Palestinians, included minors, because they were on lands near the settlements. During the same period there were no consequences for Israeli settlers involved in the incidents occurring in the area. In spite of the violence suffered by the Palestinians from the South Hebron Hills area, they keep on grazing and farming on their lands, resisting in a non-violent way to the Israeli occupation.
Operation Dove has maintained an international presence in At-Tuwani and the South Hebron Hills since 2004. Also see
[Note: According to the Fourth Geneva Convention, the Hague Regulations, the International Court of Justice, and several United Nations resolutions, all Israeli settlements and outposts in the Occupied Palestinian Territories are illegal. Most settlement outposts, including Havat Ma'on (Hill 833), are considered illegal also under Israeli law.]

A horde of Israeli extremist settlers, escorted by large numbers of Israeli occupation police, stormed on Thursday morning al-Aqsa Mosque via al-Maghareba gate and initiated a series of provocative rituals. Local sources said the settler break-ins started off as early as 7.30 a.m., local time, and are expected to be stepped up throughout the afternoon.
The settler hordes were led by a group of extremist rabbis who delivered mythical Jewish sermons and biased narratives about the alleged temple.
The Israeli occupation police have been cracking down on Palestinian women and students of Quran circles around holy al-Aqsa Mosque, denying them their right to get into the Mosque to perform their religious prayers.
A group of Israeli police forces on Wednesday summoned three members of al-Aqsa personnel for interrogation after having stormed an office run by the Islamic Endowment Department.

An Israeli settler, on Wednesday, ran over a child in Hebron City, according to local sources.
6-year-old Mohammad al-Jabari, according to WAFA Palestinian News & Info Agency, was run over by an Israeli settler driving his car in the city.
Mohammad suffered multiple injuries throughout his body, and has been transferred to hospital for medical treatment.
Hate crimes conducted by militant Israeli Jews against Palestinians and their property -- both Christian and Muslim -- is a frequent occurence throughout the occupied Palestinian territories, as well as in the lands previously owned by Palestinians prior to 1948, and most often occurs with the full backing of Israeli forces via further land confiscation or simple negligence of settler violations, regardless of Israeli citizenship.
