Dr. Mousa Abu Marzouk, member of Hamas Political Bureau, stated that the Israelis Escalated incitement and threats against Hamas will not succeed to break the movement's will and determination. In a statement published on his Facebook page, Abu Marzouk said that the Israeli occupation has filed a complaint against Hamas with UN Security Council, in addition to bombing the Gaza Strip a few days ago. The U.S. ambassador to "Israel" has visited the tunnel discovered running across Palestinian territories occupied in 1948.
He pointed out to the Israeli escalated raids and arrests against Palestinian journalists, MPs, university students, in addition to the Israeli continued incitement against Hamas in Gaza as a prelude to launch a fierce aggression against the Gaza Strip.
Despite these incitements and threats, Hamas will remain faithful to the blood of martyrs and the resistance option till the liberation of all of Palestine, he stressed.
Israeli media outlets and internal and external political forums started an incitement campaign against Hamas movement as a prelude to launch an aggression against Gaza.
Israeli military sources claimed in a report that Gaza resistance groups are building their strength in preparation for next conflict in light of the Egyptian restrictions on the strip and the financial crisis experienced by the movement, saying that "firing more Palestinian rockets will accelerate an Israeli aggression on Gaza to avoid more Israeli victims south of occupied territories."
The next war between Israel and Hamas will be different. The Islamist group currently has only a number of M-75 rockets in its possession, but production is continuing at a fast pace, the Israeli military sources claimed.
“The Islamist group is building its strength in preparation for future conflicts with Israel. Its goal is to keep these wars as short as possible,” the sources added.

In an excessive use of force, Israeli forces killed on Thursday morning, a Palestinian civilian in Qabatya village, southeast of the northern West Bank town of Jenin,Palestinian Center for Human Rights (PCHR) said in a press release.
According to investigation conducted by the PCHR, at approximately 01:00 on Thursday, 31 October 2013, Israeli force moved into Qabatya village, southeast of Jenin. They stationed in the eastern part of the village. They raided a house belonging to the family of Emad Shawkat Kmail, 30, and arrested him. They then moved towards the western part of the village. There, they raided a number of houses and arrested 3 Palestinian civilians: Rassem Tawfiq Khzaimiya, 60; Mo'men Saba'na, 23; and Ayman Abdul Rahman Abu al-Rub, 28.
At approximately 05:00, while Israeli forces were withdrawing from the village taking the detainees, a number of young men gathered at the western entrance of the village. They blocked it with iron barriers and set fire to tires. When Israeli forces passed by the area, the young men threw stones and empty bottles at them. Immediately, Israeli soldiers fired tear gas canisters and sound bombs at the young men. They then fired live ammunition directly at the young men. As a result, Ahmed Emad Youseg Tazaz'a, 22, was seriously wounded by a bullet to the heart. He was immediately evacuated to al-Razi Hospital in Jernn, but medical efforts to save his life failed. He was pronounced dead at approximately 06:00.
PCHR is deeply concerned over this crime, which further proves the use of excessive force by Israeli forces against the Palestinian civilians in disregard for the civilians' lives. Therefore, PCHR calls upon the international community to take immediate and effective actions to put an end to such crimes and reiterates its call for the High Contracting Parties to the Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949 to fulfill their obligations under Article 1; i.e., to respect and to ensure respect for the Convention in all circumstances, and their obligation under Article 146 to prosecute persons alleged to commit grave breaches of the Fourth Geneva Convention. These grave breaches constitute war crimes under Article 147 of the same Convention and Protocol (I) Additional to the Geneva Conventions.

Israeli occupation forces (IOF) raided two areas in Gaza Strip on Wednesday morning and bulldozed cultivated land lots. Palestinian security sources said in a press statement that IOF soldiers advanced into eastern Gaza city and east of Beit Hanun in northern Gaza at the same time.
A field observer said that IOF soldiers advanced 300 meters in agricultural land east of Gaza city and escorted bulldozers that leveled land.
A similar IOF force entered northern Gaza and bulldozed cultivated land.
The incident is the latest of a series of violations of the calm agreement between Israel and resistance factions in Gaza signed in November last year.

Ahmad Riyad Sabbah, 17, is treated for injuries from clashes in Tuqu, near Bethlehem, on Oct. 29, 2013
A young Palestinian man was shot and injured Tuesday evening after fierce clashes broke out between Israeli troops and young men in the village of Tuqu east of Bethlehem. A Ma'an reporter said that 17-year-old Ahmad Riyad Sabbah was hit by a gunshot to the back. He was evacuated to the Bethlehem Arab Society Hospital in Beit Jala. Medics say he is in a stable condition. Israeli military vehicles stormed the village firing gunshots, rubber-coated bullets and tear-gas canisters after a Molotov cocktail was hurled at a settler bus traveling on the main road in the village. |
Witnesses said the front of the bus caught fire.
The driver continued to travel despite the fire until he reached the main entrance to the nearby Teqoa settlement. Israeli forces immediately shut down the main road before they stormed the Palestinian village.
Soldiers started a manhunt in olive fields near the road where the bus was attacked.
An Israeli military spokeswoman confirmed the Molotov attack and said forces were searching the area. The official said Israeli forces were using "riot-dispersal means" against the villagers.
She said the army was investigating claims that a Palestinian was shot.
Earlier, dozens of settlers demonstrated near the main crossroad leading to Teqoa protesting increasing attacks with rocks and fire bombs against their cars and buses as they travel near Palestinian villages east of Bethlehem.
They pelted Palestinian vehicles with stones after they blocked the road for more than two hours.
The settlements in the area were illegally built on private Palestinian land.
More than 500,000 Israeli settlers live in settlements across the West Bank and East Jerusalem, in contravention of international law.
The internationally recognized Palestinian territories of which the West Bank and East Jerusalem form a part have been occupied by the Israeli military since 1967.

Israel's ambassador to the United Nations, Ron Prosor, filed a complaint on Monday with the UN Security Council, over rockets fired from Gaza Strip at southern Israel, Israel Radio reported Tuesday.
In his complaint, Prosor said that Hamas movement continues to target Israel, the same time the latter is working to promote peace, adding that Hamas proves time and time again that it's not committing to peace, and that it's only commitment is to terrorism.
Prosor added that Hamas uses the construction materials that Israel allows into Gaza to build tunnels.
It's worth mentioning that an Israeli unmanned aerial vehicle has fired a missile into the north of the coastal enclave on Monday.
Hamas security sources said the attack targeted a Hamas military training post in northern Gaza City on Monday. No damage or injuries were reported.

The Ministry of Health in Gaza warned that the Israeli escalation against the Gaza Strip constitutes a real threat to the health and humanitarian services provided for the Palestinian people. This came after Israeli forces targeted on Monday morning an area near a primary school and terrorized the pupils.
The Ministry spokesman Dr. Ashraf al-Qidra stressed in a statement that the continuation of such repeated Israeli follies which target the residential areas increases the number of wounded.
Al-Qidra expressed his deep concern about this dangerous escalation which coincides with the tightening of the blockade and the closure of the crossings.
He pointed out that the health sector in the Gaza Strip is experiencing shortages of 30% of medicines and about 50% of medical disposables. He said this will have serious repercussions on the health services in light of the repeated closures of the Rafah crossing for the fifth month which deprived the patients in the Gaza Strip from medicines, and medical aids.
The Ministry spokesman stressed that the Ministry of Health is working according to the announced plan in managing the crisis and is struggling to keep the health sector able to meet the needs of the hospitals and health care centers.
He also urged the international humanitarian institutions to shoulder their responsibilities in providing the health sector with the necessary medicines, medical disposables and fuel to ensure the continuation of health service delivery for nearly 1.8 million people who are living in the Gaza Strip and who are subjected to a systematic policy of racial discrimination by occupation leaders.
Al-Qidra called on the international community and the free world to exert pressure on the Israeli occupation to stop its repeated attacks on the Gaza Strip, open the crossings and lift the illegal and inhumane siege that has continued for the seventh year unabated.
He also called on the Arab Republic of Egypt to immediately open Rafah crossing in both directions and stop the demolition of tunnels.

On the morning of Monday, 28 October, the Israeli air forces bombed agricultural land in the north of Gaza City.
The airstrike took place at 9:25 am. An F-16 fighter jet bombed an area planted with olive trees on Mukhabarat Street, near Soudanya. The bombing created a huge crater. The land belongs to the Shohaber family, which produces oil from the olive trees. The family also owns a trucking company that transports materials from the Karem Shalom checkpoint into the Gaza Strip. |
Hazem Shohaber, owner of the land, told me his house was damaged in the bombing. His family has only lived in the new home for three months.
“I was sitting behind the wall around the yard when the bombing took place,” Hazem said. “I was shocked. I was not able to do anything. Thank God my children were not on the land. They were in school. They usually play here.”
Hazem has three sons and three young daughters who were in school at the time of the bombing. The explosion cracked the walls of his house. All its windows, as well as those of adjacent buildings, shattered.
A few meters away from the bomb site is a primary school for girls.
“The girls were in class,” Hazem said. “They fled. The situation was terrible. Teachers could not calm them. The ambulances came. Everyone feared that children had died in the explosion.”

Hazem’s wife offers a cup of coffee. His daughter, Farah, age six, hides under the table, looking shocked. Who knows how many other children will do the same today?
The ceasefire of 21 November 2012 established that the Israeli military forces should “refrain from hitting residents in areas along the border” and “cease hostilities in the Gaza Strip by land, by sea and by air, including raids and targeted killings.”
But Israeli military attacks by land and sea have followed from the day after the ceasefire,, and Israeli warplanes constantly fly over the Gaza Strip. In areas by the Israel-imposed “buffer zone,”Israeli forces have killed seven civilians since the end of the “Pillar of Defense” military offensive. At least 124 others have been wounded.
These attacks against the civilian population of Gaza continue, but are met only with silence by the international community.

Uncover soldiers of the Israeli military kidnapped a member of the Islamic Jihad Movement, in Beit Leqia town, west of the central West Bank city of Ramallah. The man is a friend of a Palestinian who was recently killed by the army.
Eyewitnesses said that the undercover soldiers abducted Mohammad Saleh Bader, 24, from a store run by his family in the town.
They said the soldiers, driving a civilian car carrying an Israeli license plate, stopped in front of the store for approximately seven minutes, before a number of undercover soldiers jumped out, kidnapped Bader, and drove away.
The soldiers also confiscated Bader’s mobile phone and laptop.
The soldiers violently attacked him, and repeatedly beat him before forcing him into their car and driving away.
He previously spent 4.5 years in Israeli prisons, and is a known member of the Islamic Jihad. He currently studies English at the Birzeit University near Ramallah.
Local sources said that Bader is a close friend of Mohammad ‘Aasy, 24, a member of the Al-Quds Brigades, the armed wing of the Islamic Jihad who was killed, on Tuesday at dawn, October 22, during armed clashes with Israeli soldiers in Kufur Ni’ma village, west of Ramallah.
Soldiers surrounded a cave where ‘Aasy was kidding, and he exchanged fire with them until they shot him dead.

File - Israeli Strike, Gaza
The Israeli Air Force fired at least one missile at an area behind the Al-Maqousy towers, close to an elementary school, northwest of Gaza city. Dr. Bassem Al-Qodra, spokesperson of the Ministry of Health in Gaza, stated that several students suffered anxiety attacks due to the shelling.
He added that local medics and rescue teams rushed to the scene, and searched the area for potential casualties.
Furthermore, the Hamas-run security forces in Gaza, evicted their centers, and called on Palestinian security personnel to stay alert for possible further attacks.
On his part, Israeli Military spokesperson, Avichai Adraee, claimed the shelling targeted two areas in northern Gaza, allegedly used as launching pads for homemade shells.
On his twitter account, Adraee said that Israel would act against any faction or group that “seeks to harm Israel and its citizens”.
The Israeli Military claimed that resistance fighters in Gaza fired four shells, on Monday at dawn, targeting Asqalan (Ashkelon), in the southern part of the country.
Israeli Channel 10 has also reported that three shells, fired from Gaza, landed in open areas, and that the Iron Dome System intercepted the fourth. No injuries have been reported; the army also scouted the country searching for shells.
Israeli warplane raids Gaza
An Israeli air raid targeted a deserted area to the north west of Gaza city on Monday morning. Local sources told the PIC reporter that an Israeli warplane fired two missiles at an uninhabited area near Mawkusi towers and caused a deep hole but no casualties were reported.
The Israeli occupation forces had recently escalated attacks on the besieged Gaza Strip especially incursions and shelling targeting the eastern areas of the enclave.
Hamas warns Israel against attacking Gaza, calls for Islamic action
Hamas movement said that the Israeli raid on Gaza on Monday morning was an escalation meant to terrorize innocent civilians. Hamas held the Israeli occupation authority (IOA) fully responsible for any consequences to its escalation.
Hamas warned of an Israeli exploitation of the Arab events and the negotiations and security coordination with Palestinian Authority in Ramallah to attack Gaza, adding that the IOA would not succeed in its schemes.
The movement, in a separate statement on Monday, asked UNESCO, Arab League, and the organization of Islamic Cooperation to assume their duties in protecting Islamic holy sites in occupied Jerusalem.
It said that the IOA was intensifying its crimes and Judaization campaigns against Jerusalem, the Aqsa Mosque, and historical Islamic landmarks.
Commenting on the IOA plans to turn an historical Islamic site into a Jewish ritual bath for women, Hamas said that the desperate attempt to wipe out Islamic sites and impose new de facto situation would not succeed.
Hamas said that the Palestinian masses would confront any such attempt and would not allow it to materialize.
