Local sources told Quds Press that IOF stormed early today Duma town and demolished a house belonging to the local resident Umar al-Sari.

Meanwhile, the estimated 550,000 Jewish Israeli settlers in the occupied Palestinian territory are more easily given building permits and allowed to expand their homes and properties, despite living in settlements that violate international law.

The sweep targeted Palestinian youths in al-Am’ari refugee camp and Bethlehem’s southern town of Beit Fajjar.
Israeli patrols further stormed Nablus and seized the vehicle of Palestinian ex-prisoner Fadi Asida. Clashes burst out shortly after the assault.
The occupation forces wreaked havoc on civilian homes all the way through the raid and seized cash from the home of Palestinian woman Haniya Naser. A sum of 5,200 shekels was stolen by the occupation soldiers from the home of the Palestinian citizen Malek Eshtiyeh.
A few hours earlier, Israeli troops raided Deir al-Ghasoun town, north of Tulkarem, and ransacked dozens of Palestinian homes as they rummaged around for the anti-occupation attacker Ashraf Na’luwa. Clashes burst out in the area.

The Israeli Knesset approved, Monday, the construction of residential units for colonialist settlers, in Silwan town, south of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, in occupied East Jerusalem, in the area that Israel has termed “The City of David National Park.”
Media sources said 63 Knesset members approved the plan, while 41 others voted against it. video
The constructions are in Silwan Palestinian town, which is subject to ongoing illegal annexation of its lands, homes and property, in addition to frequent demolition of homes.
The “City Of David” colonialist project is part of the larger plan which include the Old City of Jerusalem, and various Palestinian areas near its walls, where more than 100.000 indigenous Palestinians reside.
Israel initially claimed that the “City Of David” project would be a national park and facilities, with no residential components, but is now approving housing units of the illegal colonialist settlers.
It is worth mentioning that Elad colonialist organization, which instigated this bill, has been pushing for the construction and expansion of colonies in occupied Jerusalem, especially in the heart of Palestinian neighborhoods and towns.
This is happening while the Palestinians are denied the basic rights to build and expand their homes on their own lands in occupied Jerusalem, and amidst ongoing demolition of their homes and property.
On Tuesday, Israeli bulldozers dug and uprooted lands in Wadi ar-Rababa neighborhood in Silwan, and started preparing for terraced trenches, as part of the ongoing illegal colonialist activities.

Palestinian civilians, activists, and NGOs vowed to remain on guard to Israel’s schemes of ethnic cleansing in the Bedouin village of Khan al-Ahmar, threatened with demolition by the Israeli occupation government.
Head of the anti-settlement committee Minister Walid Assaf said at a press release held on Monday and attended by the local village council, Eid Abu Khamis, that the Palestinians will do whatever it takes to protect their village.
Assaf said the Palestinians of Khan al-Ahmar firmly reject all attempts to force them out of their homes and lands.
“Our people will stand firm in the face of the Israeli bulldozers. We are committed to protect our land and establish our independent state no matter the price we have to pay”, he stated.
He added that the Palestinians have been rallying for the 6th month running in Khan al-Ahmar, saying the ongoing protests have drawn the world’s attention to Palestinians’ legitimate struggle in the face of the Israeli crimes against innocent civilians in the West Bank and Gaza.
He expressed hope that the International Criminal Court would live up to its promises and prosecute Israel for its war crimes and violations of international law.
At the same time, head of the local village council, Abu Khamis, said the locals refute any negotiations with the Israeli occupation, reiterating Palestinians’ commitment to their land in Khan al-Ahmar.
The statements were released in response to the threats made one day earlier by the Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu to evacuate the locals and demolish the village “very soon”.

The Israeli Supreme Court on Thursday denied a Jerusalemite family’s appeal against their eviction and refused to hear a case on the ownership of the building, Haaretz Hebrew newspaper reported.
The ruling will force 40 family members, including 30 children, to leave their homes in occupied Jerusalem’s Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood within months.
The ruling will also make it very difficult for dozens of other Palestinian families in Sheikh Jarrah to avoid eviction.
According to the paper, the family has been in Sheikh Jarrah since 1956, though they were originally refugees from Jaffa. Their two former houses in Jaffa still exist, and they keep pictures of them in their living room.
According to the Absentees’ Property Law, a building that belonged to people before 1948 is considered abandoned and therefore state property, though this usually is not applied to property owned by Jews.
The Sabags have been fighting an eviction order since 2008. Their lawyers filed suit in district court saying that the land was not properly registered in the Land Registry and asked the court to rule on the ownership. The lawyers say they checked the Ottoman registry documents, including those in the imperial archives in Istanbul, and found problems with the documentation.
The district court declined to hear the case, saying the statute of limitations had expired because the land was registered long ago. The Sabags appealed to the Supreme Court, but last week, after a short hearing, the three justices hearing the appeal denied the request and upheld the lower court’s ruling.
