Thirteen Palestinians were injured in a car accident near the Beit El military checkpoint to the north of Ramallah on Thursday morning, officials said.
Civil defense said in a statement that “the accident was caused when three vehicles crashed into each other near the military checkpoint.

A woman died and two others were injured in a tractor accident in the northern West Bank Friday, medics said.
Medical sources told Ma'an that 56-year-old Radiya Taher died after the tractor she was riding flipped on the road between the villages of Arrana and Deir Ghazala east of Jenin.
Her son, 28-year-old Jamil Salah al-Din Taher, and his fiance were also riding the tractor at the time.
Ambulances rushed the three to a nearby hospital, where medics pronounced Radiya dead.
They described Jamil's wounds as serious and his fiance's as moderate.

A Palestinian man drove a rented car into the sea as he drove "recklessly" near the Gaza City dock on Thursday.
Mahfouth al-Kabariti, head of the Palestinian Sailing Federation, said that a young man was speeding and "showing off" in a car on the Gaza dock when he lost control and it slipped over the edge.
He highlighted that the front of the car fell into the water while the backside managed to remain above, and that they helped pull the car out of the water.
Al-Kabariti added that there were no injuries.

More than 20 passengers were injured early Tuesday in a road accident south of Bethlehem, medics told Ma'an.
Muhammad Awad, the Bethlehem district's ambulance and emergency service director, told Ma'an that a small bus carrying 25 young workers collided with a car near the village of Um Salamouna. The bus flipped over as a result of the accident. Most of the passengers were from the village of al-Khadr south of Bethlehem. |

Malak Fathi Sheikh el-Eid, aged 2, and Ghana Fathi Sheikh el-Eid, one-and-a-half years old, were found dead following the fire.

Palestinian medical sources have reported that a child died of serious injuries suffered last week in an explosion that took place in Beit Hanoun, in the northern part of the Gaza Strip.
The sources said that Mohammad Ismael al-Hamadin, two years of age, died of his serious injuries on Sunday morning.
The explosion, which took place on Tuesday evening, March 11, led to the instant death of three Palestinians, while seven, including two children, were injured.
The deceased Palestinians have been identified as Karim Ali Hamad, 32, Mohammad Taiseer al-Hamadin, and Ja’far Adwan.
Earlier on the same say, three fighters of the al-Quds Brigades, the armed wing of the Islamic Jihad, were killed after the Israeli air force fired missiles at them, east of Rafah, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.

An elderly woman died on Friday as a result of injuries sustained during an explosion in Beit Hanoun in the northern Gaza Strip a day earlier.
